You can chooose to move in either on Saturday, August 14 or Sunday August 15. Provost Academy events begin on Sunday, August 15 at 12:30 p.m.
- Move-in times:
- Saturday, August 14, 8 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- Sunday, August 15, 8:00 a.m.- 12:30 p.m.
- Move-in details: You will recieve an email from Panther Central with more specific details on Provost Academy move-in. This email will include details on unloading loactions, cart stations, as well as parking information.
- Wristbands— At the unloading locations and cart stations, all friends and family assisting you will receive writstbands as a security measure. All members of the group must be present at the unloading location, including the student, to receive a writstband in order to gain access to the residence halls.
- Staff Assistance— Staff volunteers will be available to assist you with move-in! Please look for them at the specific unloading locations when you arrive.
- Meals: Meals will be provided (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) Monday, August 16- Friday August 20 of the Provost Academy. Dinners will be provided to participants at Provost Academy evening events on Saturday, August 14 and Sunday, August 15. Also, $20 in Panther Funds will be loaded to the student's Panther Card (Student ID) for the family for breakfast/lunch during move-in on Saturday, August 14 and Sunday, August 15. If you have a meal plan, you can begin using it on Saturday, August 18.
